The Art of Being a Woman

Retreat for Conscious Women

Coming Up..

                              Program

Here is your sign. Here is your key to unlock the source of femininity.

To become a master of her femininity, the one needs to connect to her body, discover the true nature of her character and understand the flow of her energies.  Combining basic anatomy and ancient tantric knowledge we will discover a path to become a woman who is at peace and complete harmony with her own body.

Stream through the main archetypes of Indian goddesses and sacred practices to invoke them. You will not only talk the talk, but walk the walk of a goddess alive, literally. Will she be a graceful warrior, a generous provider, an ecstatic lover or all of the above?

Other group activities will include Traditional Mexican Temazcal Ceremony, Women circles, Tarot nights, hikes and surprise fun field trips, music, dance, good vibes and great community of like-minded people.

But we are not just about learning and "yogaing," it is your vacation and you are going to love it – there is plenty of time to be alone or with your new girlfriends to stroll around, enjoy local food and hang out on the beach, plus, full 12 hours of rest after dinner.

Location and Accommodation

The Zazil can be found in the charming little beach village of San Agustinillo on the Pacific coast of the state of Oaxaca in Southern Mexico. It is only a 50-minute flight away from Mexico City. You have a choice of two arrival airports with regular flights in both directions. San Agustinillo is approximately 1 hour from both Puerto Escondido and Huatulco Airports. Bus travel to Oaxaca City takes about 6 hours, to Acapulco, 8, and to Mexico City, 12.

The area of San Agustinillo and Mazunte is considered a "Magical Village" (Pueblo Mágico)since 2015. It is a privileged destination to enjoy the Pacific coast among history, culture and nature. The combination of half-empty beaches and moderate prices makes this up-and-coming area very attractive for travelers, who are looking for a safe journey but ready to explore beyond the popular Mexican beach areas.

The Zazil Retreat is set in a quiet, relaxed hilltop along the sea awash with gentle breezes of fresh sea air against a thick canopy of trees, hidden from eyes of locals and visitors, but within a 7-minute

walk to the beach, the main street and restaurants.  Rise to birds chirping and rest at night to the soft sounds waves and crickets. Zazil is a place to harmonize your senses with all the effects of the natural surroundings.

Lodge in one of nine large, private rooms with breathtaking panoramic terrace views. Resting behind rooms is the Mexican Sierra Madre Mountains. Each room is a Mexican ‘palapa’ structure with typical high ceilings made of tropical hardwoods thickly covered with dried palm leaves. This type of construction respects and honors the regional identity endemic to Oaxacan coastal architecture.

You will be visiting during the rainy season, when the whole area is bursting with colors and freshness. For your comfort, the houses and beds have mosquito nets, so you should never worry about lost sleep at night.
